Wakeboard Cable Team contest for Amateur and Pro rider
Official qualification for the T-Mobile Extreme Playgrounds Summer Session on August 30th in Hamburg
Jump on your board and grab the cable! On July 18th, 2009 it’s on again! Wakeboarders from all over the country will meet up at the T-Mobile Local Support Wakeboard Challenge at the water ski resort Nesthauser See in Paderborn, Germany. The 800 meter long track ensures ideal conditions for a high class contest as it offers two sliders, kicker, table and a funbox.
Again, two riders partner up to start as a team at the T-Mobile Local Support Wakeboard Challenge. A this year’s change is the classification into Amateur and Pro starters. First the rookies will be called to compete with their teams for tons of high value prizes from Pro-tec and Oakley. The first place Pro team wins spot support worth €5.000 for a new obstacle at their home resort. Second prize is a BBQ party for the team and their friends.
The T-Mobile Local Support Wakeboard Challenge is additionally the official qualification for the T-Mobile Extreme Playgrounds Summer Session in Pinneberg, Hamburg on August 30th, 2009. As there’s no other way to enter the competition, the Local Support Wakeboard Challenge is the only chance to start at the final of the WWA Wake Park World Series 2009. The best Pro Wakeboarder and – due to the T-Mobile Wildcard – the best Amateur starter qualify themselves and compete in Pinneberg against international Wakeboard superstars like Tom Fooshee (USA) and Mike Anthony Ketellapper (NL).
The participation at the T-Mobile Local Support Wakeboard Challenge is free, so is the entry. There will also be a free BBQ for all riders. All you have to do is signing up at the T-Mobile Local Support website.
