This is so cool, when someone that I don’t really know makes me laugh… but the biggest thing here is that this rider is proving that competing is not the most important thing to be successful… When you are riding from your heart some things are coming one after another… And that without competitions you can “ride for life”!

Where do you live? Country, town.

I was born and raised in a little village in the northern part of Sweden named Kristineberg.
And now I live in Umeå, one of the biggest cities on the northern east coast.

I was born 8th of May 1985

Where is your home resort? Tell us more about it? How long season lasts, obstacles, technical info, web address… or should you rather make spot report for us to promote it better?

I doesn’t really have a “Home resort”… Cause I have moved away and is on travelling foot all the time…
But I give some hard rocking screams out to Kläppen (Sweden) , Tärnaby/Hemavan (Sweden) , Kribergs/Malå backen (Sweden) , Laax (Schweiz) , Sas fee (Schweiz) , Val D’saire (France)…

And your best ski resort?

Every resort is good, just have your friends and some rock and roll with you!

From since you are riding?

I started riding when I was 10 years old.

How you started riding?

I started with skiing and then all my friends got snowboards for X-mas…
I remember I said:
- if I get a snowboard I wont stop skiing!

The year after I got a snowboard from Mr. Santa clause.
Yeeeey! I was so happy, I was sleeping with the board in my bed for the first week, haha!
I never skied again.

They where stoked on my riding and so on…

Every trick I do feels my soul, I love snowboarding!

What is your hardest and the most dangerous trick?

hmmm… depends on what obstacle I do it on!

What is your best competition result?

I haven’t done any competitions in the last 2years. I have just been concentrating on movie parts and coverage in different magazines!

What is the most important for you on the competition? Riders who are coming, Weather, Obstacles, Eating, Drinks, Operators, Music, Party… WIN…? or something that I didn’t mention?

Hmm, just to do my best and push my riding up a notch! Do something different and blow minds!

What are your plans for the future – competitions, tricks, business, filming, etc.?

Just to keep myself on the same track, travelling around for filming and photoshooting.
Get more coverage and maybe do some competitions. Keep on pushing my riding and learn new tricks!

What do you think about snowboarding in your country?

I think Sweden rules! A pretty small country, but we have some of the best riders out there…

Is there something that you would like to change?

More snow! haha!

Snowboard sometimes hurts? When it hurts the most?

Yeah! When you doesn’t get a shot that you really want…
And of course when you slam.

If you would have a chance to train a new rider what you would say to him, what is the best way to avoid injuries?

Not to do something “just because”. And don be an asshole!
The best way to avoid injuries is not to fall! haha!

Who is your inspiration for the new tricks? And your ideal rider… bcs of what?

All of my friends and team riders!
I always get inspiration by different things…
Skateboarding, art, music, snowboarding videos….

With whom you train with?

I often ride with my friend and gunslinger Jonas Gustavsson!

What is your life motto?

“Carpe diem” and “Do or die!”

Lots of beginners have fear before competitions. Is it normal? When it stops, how it stops, if it ever stops? What are you thinking before starting your run?

Just concentrate on your run, I used to imagine my self doing the run perfectly in my head and get the feeling that I can do everything!

What is the best music for you on the cable? Sound of the fresh powder, sound of obstacles under your board or just music on big speakers?

It depends on what mood I am in… But it will always be Rock N roll!

What are you crazy about after snowboarding?

An ice cold beer…

Hmmm, 8months or something

What are you doing other time?

I am working a little bit, just to afford the rent on my apartment.
Listening to music, computer nerding, chill, play guitar, party and so on…

Never done it… But I will!

You have seen lots of countries and ski resorts. Which country stayed in your heart and because of what?

All of the places I’ve been in stuck in my head because all of them has given different impressions to me:)

That’s right!! What did I think?! Hahaha, Shit I am toast…

I can’t get robbed, I have a black belt in Karate! I got it from Mr.Myagi in Karate kid…. Wax on wax of, got damn it!!

Yeah, for sure! I used to breakdance back in the days, so if there is a battle I should bust a move.
